Franklin Field, on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, has been home to some of Philadelphia's most memorable sporting events. In 1960, the Eagles won their third NFL Championship behind legends like Chuck Bednarik, Norm Van Brocklin and Tommy McDonald. Since its construction in 1895, Franklin Field has also been home the oldest and largest track and field competition in the America, the Penn Relays. The stadium seats just under 53,000 people and has hosted countless other events including graduations, college games, speeches and pro contests. It was the site of the nation's first scoreboard in 1895. This shirt commemorates the field named after the founder of UPenn and is printed on a tri-blend shirt comprised of 50% Polyester, 25% Cotton, and 25% Rayon. |
